Memorandum of Understanding:

Since 1989, Eden I&R, Inc. has maintained a database of affordable housing in Alameda County. During this time we have forged a solid working relationship with landlords and property managers that has been key to our successfully providing timely and accurate information to clients.

We make every effort to protect the confidentiallity of those listing with us and to respect your privacy. Client screening is one of the greatest benefits of listing with us. By carefully matching prospective clients with appropriate referrals, we are able to better serve both the client and the landlord or property manager.

Anyone who subscribes to our housing listings must sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that details how the information may be used. Failure to abide by the terms of this agreement may result in termination of the subscription. If we can not provide resonable gaurantees to those listing with us that the information will be used appropriately we may loose their trust and, subsequently, their listings.
