If you own or manage an apartment or other rental property and would like to be included in our housing database, please call or email us at: 510-727-9565 or housing@edenir.org.
We inform callers about the availability of your units. To keep our housing database current, we have volunteers and staff call once a month to ask for current rental availability and about new rental units
By listing with us, you will get additional exposure. We refer to you only clients who meet your general guidelines. The potential tenants would then go thru your regular application process.
Our housing database is confidential and is only used to refer clients
to housing. Our agency does not sell or trade the housing information,
or use the list for solicitation purposes. Our service
is FREE OF CHARGE to both property owners and prospective tenants.

EDEN I&R's CHAIN (Community Housing And Information Network) Line provides free information by phone to individuals and families - many of whom are on fixed incomes. Our CHAIN line provides information on housing and other community services. We started it in 1989, in response to the Loma Prieta earthquake. It was originally set up to help those displaced by the earthquake to locate affordable rentals.
